Do you think there is room for inside agents within racing to get information on potentially illegal betting regularities & horse malpractice.
I definitely think there is a role for the BHA to legislate such a system which would take the strain and dependance on Betfair.
This wouldn't be hard to implement in theory, assign bogus vet's, agents, owners who could be equipped with all sorts of equipment in recording evidence and tracking down those who are destroying our sport.
I will write to the BHA about this to see what their intake is.
