The chap who phoned me said if he was ever in a position to offer me what I wanted he'd get back to me. I'm not expecting a return call

The big diff would be the number of calls available to me. I suppose I could find myself a mistress - the local guide dog association might have a database of possible liaisons - to waste the calls on.

At present my calls cost about 25p per minute so I'm very much like the TV ad:

"I'm stranded."
"OK" & hang up.

So the prospect of getting calls for just 6p per minute might appeal.
