Is This The Worst Company In The Uk?

Strange that when you read the feedbacks which are damning, they still award the company stars and one said the company was crap and not to deal with them but awarded 5 stars out of 6 !

terrible terrible inefficiency,no idea at head office,brain dead guards and past it drivers.
 
I decided that I had had enough goes at NTL and would not nominate them again. But when I switched on Racing UK I got the screen message "You are not subscribed to this channel" - which I am!

Next I had to act as a ping-pong ball betwen the subscriptions and faults departments untill finally someone at the faults department said that they would "resend" my package. This could take an hour or two. Fortunately the races in which I'm interested are later in the day.

So, no change - NTL is my choice.

They're still not as bad as the women from Sodexho that seve behind the bar at Newbury...now they're totally useless! They are soooooo slow, yet they are the same faces that have been serving me in the bar there for the past 10 years....

That'll be due to them en masse making everyone who actually knew anything redundant and replacing them with (and I quote an interviewer here) "anyone who can type, speak and doesn't look like they might be a murderer".

simmo, yes and during the course of the day I got on first name terms with people in the customer service, subscriptions and faults departments. I was very good and didn't rename one of them, though I came close when one of the technical guys suggested that he send an engineer round and I explained that in this instance that couldn't possibly help. He replied, without a hint of irony, "Well, to be honest, you probably know more about it than I do"

Relkeel very true absolutely hopeless- and why do they have all those teapots if you are only allowed a vastly overpriced cup of tea ?

Then again Metro Catering at Donny think it is about 1964.
 
SL - Surprised Monarch Airlines didn't appear in your posting.

Personally I'd like to nominate GibTelecom for their inability to charge less than £80 per month for broadband.
