He started today and his name is Kenny and he's a very nice young man :D He was interviewed by the area manager last week and she said that he would be a relief cashier working at several different shops but me and Pat are going to chain him to the counter so that he can't leave us  He did some training today and is picking it all up quite quickly, helped of course by his knowledge of betting already. He's happy to work evenings and weekends and is the answer to our prayers. So I don't have to worry about who'll be working with me this Thursday night when I'm managing :)

Reeeeeeeeeeesult! Well done, Griffin. But continue to push for any other safety issues you're still concerned about. The directors of your company might have to have a whipround to afford it, but in the long term it's in their own interests. ;)

That must be a great relief for you Griffin, but like Krizon said, don't take your eye off of the original issue - which must be your safety whilst working there.

You see I cant understand this. i am crying out for a job in a bookmakers and would make Kenny look like an amateur. But What can you do...........

Move to West Oxfordshire/Cotswolds :D

Well done Griffin and like Kathy and Kri say keep at them for safer working conditions :)

Good luck and glad you've got extra help :)

Result, Griffin - well done! & there I was, thinking Betfred wouldn't be keen on recruiting new staff after so recently handing over a million notes to Victor.....
