We've had a discussion on him on here before regarding comments AP made in his biography about him - with the recent appointment of Noel Fehily as Number One at Emma Lavelle's it's an interesting development that he rides a nice horse of John Halley's for Laurent Viel in a Group 3 at Auteuil tomorrow.

Looks a hot race tomorrow and interesting in as much as the Champion 3yo of 2010 returns to hurdles after a decent few runs over fences last Autumn, the Cagnes-Sur-Mer specialist Wutzeline is declared (presume they've finally managed to get her into a horse box as she's a notoriously bad traveller) and Formosa Joana Has goes for her ninth win in ten starts (one of the wins and a defeat have come here, the other wins at nearby Enghien).

I can't take credit for that Colin - I was actually quite keen to oppose her given I thought she'd be a ridiculous price on the back of her Enghien wins but she stepped up to the plate again today at Auteuil and looks a decent challenger for races like the Grande Haies if they stay over hurdles with her or the Grand Steeplechase if she can improve again.
