I'm indebted to Paddy Powers website helpline (not) because I can't operate the site properly I rang their helpline and was advised to delete all cookies or something? (American biscuit isn't it?) anyway, I've lost the PM facility on here, and have been locked out of your own site. Can you put me back in please.

Alun I've emailed you a password reminder which should include a link to change your password to a more suitable thing of your choice. Not sure whats causing this but it seems like something to do with your PC, although if you get on here fine it should be solveable.

If that doesn't work... try this!
For IE:
go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Cookies
(if that doesn't work, you can try deleting your "History" as well)
This will be located inside internet explorer on the toolbar at the top of your page.
Also check that your anti-virus software isn't blocking cookies from my website, that could be another problem.
