Papal Bull.

The current score between them is 2 each, but Papal Bulls victories have been a bit more convinicing, a bit more recent, and his defeats closer with some genuine excuses.

Personally fancy Purple Moon for an upset win - the leading contenders have had long years.

Papal Bull has been going since May, Vodka started out in Dubai back in March, Sixties Icon has been to the US and back whilst Meisho Samson went to France.
Purple Moon will love the fast ground and is lightly raced this year - normally takes a good horse to place in the Melbourne Cup (see Japanese raiders Pop Rock and Delta Blues a couple of years ago amongst others) so feel Purple Moon is a horse on the upgrade and fingers crossed that will continue at 6:20am this morning :)
