Just noticed on the betting odds comparison pages that Kingdom of Naples odds for the Derby have been cut by several firms today.

He won his only start in a maiden at Navan easily, but in a slow time.

A well-bred individual (from the same family as his esteemed sire, Sadler's Wells), he should justabout stay 12f all right, but his full brother and full sister turned out to be no good. He's the sort to make more than normal improvement, but he will have to if he's going to be a Derby candidate.

K.O.N. dam won her only start over 6f by 5 lenghts, on pedigree he is not certain to stall 1m4f. Interesting that he is one of a few O.Brien still has entered for the Irish 2000G and the English /Irish Derby.
R.Post comment after his only race "K.O.N could hardly have been more impressive".

There is usually a springer in the Derby market around now for a Ballydoyle horse. They only started back doing remotely serious work last week so I am not sure what can be read into this move.

Thought he won his maiden well and is a nice looking colt.

Kingdom of Naples has a two year old sister this year by Giants Causeway called Just an Inkling.
