The CAB seized the horse as an assett of a drug dealer.
They will have given the current owner an opportunity to buy Boylen's share
When he was injured they would have argued his value was very low
So I imagine the CAB will be waiting to see if he is recovered before agreeing a value
The registered owner has registered him 4 times during his recovery which would coincide with court appearances.
Who actually owns the horse at this time is the question. The CAB or
