I had this with William Hill..
"We are writing to apologise for a display error that occurred on the William Hill website for the Welsh Open – Day 1 Enhanced Specials (Afternoon Sessions) event. The selection Ronnie O’Sullivan, Barry Hawkins & Neil Robertson Each To Win 4-0, 4-1 or 4-2 – Was 11/2 (market Enhanced Odds) was inadvertently displayed as 7/1 and as such the price on your bet is incorrect.
For a period of 18:00:00 12/02/23 – 11:30:00 13/02/23 we had Ronnie O’Sullivan, Barry Hawkins & Neil Robertson Each To Win 4-0, 4-1 or 4-2 – Was 11/2 priced at 7/1. The price should have been captured at 6/4.
We apologise for the error and any inconvenience caused. As I’m sure you’ll understand, we make every effort to maintain high levels of accuracy throughout the site at all times.
In this case we will settle your selection at the best genuine price available in the market at the time your bet was placed. In this case that was 6/4."
So the boost was 11/2 to 7/1 yet they paid out at 6/4... I was having none of it and after a hour of chat they paid out at 11/2
