Ketchup trousers - read from the bottom up

I wonder if a certain assistant solicitor at Baker McKenzie is aware of the circulation of this ...

It was mentioned in London's Evening Standard this evening. How do you feel Richard?
I think his friends call him Dick.

It made the news on the Forces Radio this morning - most of the world know about it by now!! I hope the tight git is suitably ashamed....

Apparently it is in the Times today and there is a media circus outside the law firm's offices. Shylock might make I'm a celebrity GMOH at this rate. :shy:

If he'd been a real man he would've taken a stick to the bitch in the first place instead of fecking about with compensation. Typical of his breed, always wanting to remain within the law.

Only the other day I found a hair in my carrot soup. Mrs HT now has a clump of hair missing from her crown. She reckons it will be over a year before her hair will look OK again. That should act as a salutory lesson to her.

WALLOP! SLAP! KICK! :angy: How many goddam times must I tell you that's salutAry, you Glaswegian illiterate? BASH! SCRATCH!

Do you know this. I was just thinking I better come ond say I'm only kiddin before one of the 3 amigos see it.

I'm not against 'correctional intervention', HT - it's sloppy spelling that'll get you wrestled to the ground here! ;)

The word is that the first Mrs HT (the one who is never mentioned) spilt ketchup on his troosers (a brand new pair of chums apparently).

That must be the Honest Tom who is not a regular contributer to this forum. High waisters I think.

What is that "user posted image" you keep posting Homer.

Yes, high waisters apparently. Up to his armpits. It cost her a damn site more than £4 and it was mid 50's.

The "user posted image" is clearly too gruesome to appear.

I still have a recent Chums catalogue knocking around, if anyone would like to give me a postal address for the ketchupped tightwad, I'll send it to him, with the 'sale' items marked - with his salary, he'll probably manage to afford at least a couple of pairs.

KETCHUP LAWYER QUITS

A top City lawyer who asked his secretary to pay a £4 dry cleaning bill after spilling ketchup on his trousers has resigned from his job.

Richard Phillips decided to take a "long-planned" study break from his £150,000-a-year post, but he is said to feel ashamed after news of his request was leaked.

His £25,000-a-year legal secretary Jenny Amner copied her emailed response to him to colleagues at law firm Baker & McKenzie and it then found its way into the public.

Ms Amner was furious at Mr Phillips' demand, made on the day of her mother's funeral and said if the 36-year-old IT law expert really wanted the money it would be left on her desk.

But she is also understood to have been hounded over her email and is reportedly considering her future at the London firm.

Colleagues of Mr Phillips feel he has been unfairly treated and postings on legal websites have also attacked Ms Amner's actions.

A statement from Baker & McKenzie - the world's fifth largest law firm - said: "Richard resigned in early June. He will leave us in September and is working out his notice.

"He resigned after the email exchange between him and Jenny Amner but before all the publicity.

"We stress that we did not accept his resignation over this incident."

Both Ms Amner and Mr Phillips have been given leave from work until the embarrassing incident passes.
