I do not know you, or what your problem with me is exactly.
What i do know is this,

[1] you have effected my family business WITH YOUR SLANDEROUS COMMENTS!
[2]I have reported all this to the bha!
[3]You have personally upset me and my whole family [who also live in cheltenham]
by your comments about eating jonny ebeneezer 'when winter sets in'
[4] I have served my ban for what the bha found me guilty of,i am a single parent of two children
who are my life [next after my children comes jonny who is with us, and treated like an equine
king like he should be]

[5] i'm sure your an intelligent man so you will know what's coming next,
YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM MY SOLICITOR.

Where are you supposed to have made these comments? I've not seen them on here, so I presume it's on the radio.
 
Leading Irish female bookmaker and friend of Big Mac-Ellen Martin once had a leading firm of solicitors send me a letter alleging that I had libelled her on the betfair forum.
The first allegation was I said she was only interested in taking money from mug punters,the second that she was nearly in tears on Ch4 after losing £800 after Moscow Flyer won the Champion Chase.
Brian H said at the time that If she went any further with the action I should try and get her declared a frivolous and vexatious litigant.

Well as the guy is allegedly certifiable, I'd hardly worry about it! Remember sharing a lift with one of his horses to Brighton and something happened there that he wasn't happy with - he went for a major rant at the stewrds. His poor Travelling head lad had to sort things out and the stories he told me on the return journey - well eye-popping wasn't the word!
And anyway aren't the comments libellous as they are written? In which case you have a year to sue for libel which as you wrote them in 2008, I guess hes out of time!

Only two posts into the first link, and I'm cracking-up at the "eaten him for winter" bit.

Frankly, I think Delargy has a case to answer here for his scurrilous remarks. These internet trolls - hidden by the anonymity of clearly made-up names - really need taken to task, imo.

Maybe a dip back into TRF is required, rory? The always-excellent 'wit' was a top man with the legal form-book, and may be able to confirm a statute of limitations clause which will get you off the hook. Not sure if he still posts there though.

Not entirely sure if you do either, come to that.

Once Rory can justify that they would have eaten the horse he has no case to answer.
 
Would Flood (allegedly) sh*tting losers for a living, perhaps suffice as admissable evidence for the defence?
 
Boylesports found out my username on the Betfair forum after I made my opinion known about their trading policies.
