Here's an interesting email of complaint received by the company I work for just half an hour ago.

YOUR COMPANY SUCKS. I AM SO SICK OF HAVING EVERY ONE OF MY FUCKING CALLS DROPPED. I'M CANCELLING MY DIRECT DEPOSIT AND NEVER PAYING A SING POUND TO YOU AGAIN. FUCK YOU BOB FULLER AND ALL AT THREE. YOUR NETWORK COVERAGE IS HORRIBLE. FOR ALL THE GRIEF YOU'VE CAUSED MY, IF I EVER MEET YOU BOB, I'LL FUCKING PUNCH YOU RIGHT IN THE FUCKING FACE YOU ASSHOLE. FUCK YOU AND 3!!!!!!! YOUR NETWORK COVERAGE IS SHIT AND EVERYONE I KNOW THINKS SO TOO. I HOPE YOU ALL DIE!
 
Pleasant email that!! I must admit to never being told "I hope you f**king die" but I have been called many choice names in the past by customers!

I figured it was 3 Mobile but thought I'd crack a joke.

Being not funny is my party piece.
 
3 Mobile it is. I must say my favourite piece of abuse I have received was "I'm going to come round there and f*cking stab you, you c*nt". That made me alugh no end.
 
I've been getting really bad reception for about a month . I phoned eventually and complained and it turns out it's the microphone on the handset . Faulty . They won't replace it unless I sign another 12 month contract . Otherwise I can have it repaired . You know A that these phones are shit . What would you advise ? :lol:

I would advise getting a phone with a microphone that works! My phone was supplied FOC by 3 and all of my calls are free - and I never complain about free shit!!!!
 
:lol: They'll only give me a repaired handset unless I sign up again . They are the cheapest but I don't want a phone that breaks after 9 months ! If there's a better deal I'll sign up for it come October :rolleyes:
 
I've lost count of the number of times i've been threatened by a customer, most will just shout it out of their system if you just let them, then say that you are not prepared to have a conversaion with someone who cannot be civil and invite them to return when they have calmed down, that cuses people to calm down, either that or i have to throw them out, i never argue with them unless i am 100% correct, that way i don't lose head office support
