Oh, I seeeeeee! I, er, think, Pro! shrug:: Yes, that's very possibly likely.
About the idea of being in a coma and foreseeing the future: when I had a minor op and was under anaesthetic, I had the most ghastly, foreboding 'dream'. I was not really me as me, but some strange figure in what looked like grey bedsheets (possibly I WAS in grey bedsheets!) kneeling at the feet of some godlike, throned shape. I was being made ruler of the Universe, very much against my wishes. I was trying desperately to open my mouth and say "Look, if it's all the same to you, I'm quite happy just being an office administrator... " but I was in a state of paralysis (also true). And this awful, loud, overbearing, reverberating voice just kept intoning "YOU ARE YOU ARE YOU ARE YOU ARE YOU ARE... " and at the same time, I had the crushing realisation that EVERYTHING TO BE, FOREVER AND EVER AND EVER, would be known to me, yet it was all pre-ordained and I could do nothing to change it. It was quite horrific. (I mean, what's the point of being ruler of the Universe if you can't mess things around a bit?)
I then woke up to a lovely Jamaican nurse saying, "Would you like a biscuit, dearie?" with a welcome cuppa in the recovery room, although it took a couple of seconds to realise that I'd actually 'seen' this happening, too, before it did!
