Try googling 'emoticons' - here's a site:

http://www.freesmileys.org/

Then, when posting here, go advanced, select the emoticon you want from that site ... by clicking inside the 'url' text, which should simply 'select' that text, then press ctrl-c (ie copy) and use the 'insert image' here & paste the url (address) of that emoticon.

Takes longer to describe than doing it, as the actress said to the bishop.
