Edgy stuff from Virgin. Complements their OTT racy - yet slightly irrelevant - car insurance advert on the tv at the moment.
 
I can't say I have seen the car insurance add as such yet....

A bit like Ocean finance if you see it once you never forget it... :o is this what advertising as lead to now, shock tactics?... so you'll remember it forever and a day!!…

Or in the case of O/F and ATR... brain washing the people..........they should have been reported to the industry standards for doing what they had done......

But I must confess this made me smile at first, because we all have been there!! at some time in our lives...... I am glad I was not having my tea though when I viewed it.........

p.s I forgot to add I could not see any carrots’ in it!! If anybody is sick there’s always carrots in it, but where do they come from? if you have not ate them for months! if you throw up there always in it... :P :rolleyes: :lol: :lol:
 
They're not carrots Merlin - they look like carrots but they are compressed lumps of undigestible protein!

It should be "ad", Merlin, unless, of course, you also spell "advertisement" "addvertisement", which wouldn't surprise me.

This should be, "there are always carrots in it", since "carrots" is plural.

a) Were you never taught to start a sentence with a capital letter, Merlin? Did you actually go to school?

b ) "they're always in it", "they're" being the elided form of "they are". (Now be a good chappie and look up "elided".)

If you're going to take up bandwidth with a squabble, can you at least make it worth our while by setting up a mud-wrestling tent and putting up a live stream to the forum? This little go-round is a yawnathon as it is.

I'll tell you what, stop it anyway, at least take it away from the forum. 9 comments in this thread, out of which none are relevent to the topic. I'm not paying for the bandwidth here for you to pick spelling mistakes out of other people's posts.
