Log in Problems

Whenever I run a disc clean utility I struggle to log back in here and have t try different ways to get back in. I'm using Google Chrome as my browser.
 
don't clear your cookies, or tell it not to delete this one?

What sort of things do you have to do to get back
 
I have to log in several times before it accepts me, using the page log in or the pop up. To be honest I can't remember which one worked now!
