It is impeccable . The attacks on Goldsmith are completely wide of the mark .
I disagreed wholly with decision to go to war but the publication of this document ( which the Government should have published ages ago ) seems to me to make it clear that Goldsmith considered all the proper questions and makes a reasonable case for the lawfulness of the decision.
The real issue was whether it was right to go to war - which it wasn't.
