Everytime he goes missing holidays, racing, this place explodes have you noticed ?

People loose their heads and it ends up in threads locked/resignations etc etc.

Its a fact I have observed on quite a few occasions !! has anyone else noticed?

I have been attacked on two seperate occasions for just posting a clean!! joke while he was away....
