Does anyone know if there's a website listing the above? More specifically the cross-country/major steeplechase races that they stage in France throughout the year.

Martin, you could try www.france-galop.com, but it might be a bit time-consuming, as you'll likely need to trawl through the cards. The site lets you search for meetings-per-track - probably best to concentarte on Auteuil, Enghien and Pau for the major races.
