March and they're changing draw numbers

Guys,

I'm a big follower of trends and an important one of which is 'draw.'

Suddenly, I remember someone on TH sending shivers down my spine by mentioning that some courses are 'reversing' their draw numbers.

Is this true, if so can anyone enlighten me in which ones and how it will work
