Does anyone know what the riding arrangements are for Marco Botti?

Does he have a retained jockey?

Is there a website that gives this sort of information (to save me asking silly-looking questions again)?

Martin Harley is his stable jockey but is off injured so Adam Kirby who used to share riding duties between him & Clive Cox is riding for him whenever required. I imagine when Harley is fit, he will get first call again.

I was wondering because he has Dettori, Spencer, Kirby and Moore on his horses at Newbury tomorrow...

The Frankie horse is owned by the Qataris who retain him, the Spencer horse is a Rabbah bloodstock horse and I think he's their preferred jockey.

Is there a retaining connection with Dettori and the Botti horse (Foxtrot Romeo) in the Spring Cup? I see Kirby is on Ocean Tempest (on whom he won the Lincoln) so I'm not surprised he [Kirby] has maybe opted to stay loyal to that impressive winner. I'm just wondering who else might have been available for Foxtrot Romeo?
