Tis said you either love it hate it and I have always loved it. Now there is a limited edition out, Marmite with Guiness to celebrate St Patrick's Day which is excellent. It has a white cap ( to make it look like a pint of Guiness ) They’re only making 300,000 jars so if you fancy giving it a try it’s on sale at Tesco,Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Morrisons, and Co-op

It is referred to by me as 'cat food'.

Husband loves it. Guess I will have to get him the new version ..... in memory of the great times he and the cat shared eating it.

Uugghhh, can't think of much worse than Guiness flavoured Marmite - the original stuff is bad enough! Although I do like Twiglets....

I have some Guinness marmite. It's fine, but it tastes just like non-Guinness Marmite to me.

OOOH no - vegemite is rancid!! I tried it when they were goign on about it in Neighbours ll the time (admittedly it was in teh scott and charlene (Jason and Kylie) era - so it was a while back!!) its nasty stuff.


Ive got a pot of M with G now - I quite like it - its a bit smoother than normal marmite and still yummy with lots of butter...
