Tis said you either love it hate it and I have always loved it. Now there is a limited edition out, Marmite with Guiness to celebrate St Patrick's Day which is excellent. It has a white cap ( to make it look like a pint of Guiness :P ) They’re only making 300,000 jars so if you fancy giving it a try it’s on sale at Tesco,Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Morrisons, and Co-op

Enjoy.

yechhhhh!

:( My ex cat (as in very sadly deceased) loved it. Would eat toast with it.

It is referred to by me as 'cat food'.

Husband loves it. Guess I will have to get him the new version ..... in memory of the great times he and the cat shared eating it.

EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! Tis vile stuff  On another forum I use there is an entire section devoted to lovers of Marmite and Jaffa cakes. They'll be chuffed to bits with this news.

Uugghhh, can't think of much worse than Guiness flavoured Marmite - the original stuff is bad enough! Although I do like Twiglets....

I still cant get hold of any - so my brother is bringing me a samdwich to Sandown on Friday. Anyone who wants to try it - pm me and we can all have a munch together.

OOOH no - vegemite is rancid!! I tried it when they were goign on about it in Neighbours ll the time (admittedly it was in teh scott and charlene (Jason and Kylie) era - so it was a while back!!) its nasty stuff.

Ive got a pot of M with G now - I quite like it - its a bit smoother than normal marmite and still yummy with lots of butter...
