Having just finished my BA in Business Studies, i'm staying on to do Risk and Crisis Management at MSc, i was just wondering if anyone has done a MSc before, and in short, if they are worth the money.

The course costs £4,500 and im paying a large part of it myself, my parents are covering the rest.

Having just missed a 2:i by 0.3% and after having appealled countless times over it, i have gotten nowhere, and am stuck with my 2:ii.

I would be intrigued in doing a business psychology masters, but unfortunately Liverpool doesnt do one, and i lack the necessary funds to move away for a year.

Thoughts anyone?

It's no consolation, but in Glasgow it's known as a 'Desmond'.

It is not that funny, everyone puts on a brave face, but inside i was pretty pissed off of myself....btw, PDJ, i've send it...let me know when you're received it!

If you can afford the time and money, denisco, it'll be worth it.

I hope that they'll include something about the incorrect use of apostrophes too...

Seriously, Denisco i know a couple of fellow students who has done it....it depends on what you want to get into and do you have something specifically in mind.....

If you do than fine but if you do not, it might be a better idea to get some work expereince and go back for the masters a yr or 2 later...Also, i find i grew up a lot once i got a job and started to live the real life, i started to appreciate why studying was important, it made me appreciate being a student more..
