They will try anything to get him off being found guilty............... B) h:)
Merlin, after reading your above statement, I sincerely hope someone wrongly accuses you of molesting a child.

I expect you won't bother if they skip the trial and go right to the execution?

That's perfectly correct its my own opinion!!!! you can post your opinion I would not question it :o you can post what you like regards the subject.............. :P :o

I thought that........ O J SIMPSON was guilty of murder (my opinion) like millions of others, but he got off did't he :o .........

He has a previous court appearence that was chucked out because of evidence being too weak and its common knowledge via the media that the authorities have been trying to pin him down for a few years now and these people don't prefer charges, because its fun to do,you know, they must now have a very strong case against the guy........full stop

I'd love to know what evidence you have read that isn't in the public domain, Ned.

Possibly the prosecution have stuff up their sleeve, but based on what is in the public domain, there is not nearly enough for a conviction.

It certainly looks as if he has done things which many would consider unhealthy with children. But it is far from sure whether or not he has done anything illegal.

Barry just that.... I was watching a programme the other night on t/v and its believed they do have enough evidence to make it stick this time....

I cant see it being a conspiracy!!! as such by the state prosecutor?...

I really think the guy has let his guard down and that they will!! get results this time .......... but again as stated in answer to Phil its my opinion that’s all, I have no further evidence to offer other than you or I have actually heard or seen in the public domain............

How does Phil know he's been 'wrongly' accused? Has the jury returned before the trial? He's been accused, full stop. Rightly or wrongly, no-one knows until the trial takes place and both prosecution and defence cases have been set out, and the jury makes up its' mind. Currently, he's innocent, unless proven otherwise. That's still the premise of US justice.

Phil - are you sure you should be doing that OU course?
