I would like to add something about the Sussex Stakes that I know for a fact. Had the ground been good on the day then both Dick Turpin and Canford Cliffs would have run and had the ground been g/soft or softer then Dick Turpin would of run and Canford Cliffs would have been withdrawn. No decision has been made yet on Dick Turpins next race but ground conditions will be a determining factor.
