Sunday, after the day before, reiterated the fact that my season is nowhere near ready to rumble. Patience is a virtue, they say, and I'll keep the stakes reigned in and the eyes open. There are still a couple of weeks before Ascot, which is the time, for me, when the season has begun to take shape.

With that in mind, I'll be looking at a couple today for tiny bits just to see how they go:

Key Look - 7.00 Wetherby 10/1 Ew
Intercessor - 8.45 Windsor 8/1 Ew
2 x singles
Ew double

With Key Look losing his action and pulling up, I'm beginning to think I'm jinxed and a winner will never come.
At least Intercessor ran well but I was hoping approaching the final furlong, That he'd close the gap in front of the eventual winner but, alas. no. He gets through and wins the battle to the line. That's just the way things are going at the moment. On the positive side, a least he placed. After recent events, it's almost like having a winner lol.
