My Approach

Thought it my be interesting to go through my approach. First post is a flow chart type explanation and I’ll go through each segment afterwards.

On second thoughts I think I’ll just leave it since it’s got a granny and eggs flavour that’s too much given the expertise on here. Got a bit carried away trying out a flow chart app

You have to take into account whether or not the trainer is trying as well.

Yes, that’s why everything is born from my tracker which (hopefully) pinpoints horses ready to rock.

As the price, I see, is a factor when deciding stakes, I might argue that if the horse shortens, I'd be more likely to cash out with a slight loss.

The reason is that whenever a horse of mine is backed early during the day of the race, it invariably loses. Far more often, the selections that drift end up winning.
