Have a look at this! his work is a work of art, all done by himself, he has been working on this for ages and ages,month after month, send him a message I am sure he'll appreciate it, that you have viewed his site. He is hoping to launch his business very soon now and if you fancy him doing something for you just ask? mention his dads name! no doubt he'll charge you more :o :D joking of course ..... Very flashy Merlin

In the "Theatre" Gallery there is a picture of Sleeping Beauty (with Sooty) at the New Theatre Cardiff, which has the header Linda Lusardi. I stand to be corrected but I don't think it is Linda Lusardi ?
 
Merlin says he's 39, in the 'What Is Your Age' Thread.

It says on his son's website: 'This site is dedicated to my beautiful wife Anastasia'.

Merlin, nice try mate, i know this is your site :lol: There is no way you can be 39 and your son is already married :lol:
 
Joe, Merlin's typing's a bit wonky at times. His real age is 93, not 39. Just seven more years to That Telegram, Merlin! ;)

He has obviously put alot of work into that Merlin. I hope it all takes off for him as he has some fantastic photos on the site.

I was expecting to see something rubbish actually - but was a million times better than I expected :)

One small suggestion
Tell him he should have a html site as well as not everyone has flash installed (as you can tell from a couple of replies above), or at the very least have a link right at the very start to download flash
 
Very Impressive.

Some Hyper-Critical points that you may wish to pass on:

- There is a typo in the intro 'Live Preformance...'

- The mixture of Serif and Sans Serif fonts is a little peculiar. If I was to choose one then San Serif is better suited for Screen Animation.

- The music stops playing when the gallery loader first begins. This is just likely to be down to a sequencing problem with the actionscripting.

- A small blue line border appears when the galleries load. Is this deliberate? It doesn't appear part of the sites colour scheme.

- To display the photo's in the gallery you first have to click on the word 'Photos' It is not immediately obvious that this is a link. Perhaps this could be clearer, or perhaps clicking anywhere in the red rectangle could display the photos.

- I echo the need for a Flash-plugin download option on the very first screen, although I don't suppose that a HTML version is necessary these days, especially with the amount of work that has been put into the flash version.

All in all one of the best flash sites that I have seen in a while.

Thanks for all your comments of appreciation I will pass these on to him and the little faults also! its really better for a lot of people to view these as you!!! can pick out the finer points that no doubt he would have missed in the hours of work he has taken to create this work of art.

Thanks for that dad, I know about most of those errors just haven’t had time to address them all, also takes some time to get names of actors and so on but convey my thanks to those that posted.



This site doesn’t need html alternative or a page with an option to download a flash plug-in, it will automatically check to see if user has it, and then display a download link to macromedia flash player plug-in before it goes into the main page …clever!



Also the font is book antique it will use sans if the user doesn’t have the original font on the computer





Getting on with creating html e mail for marketing purposes but that’s quite complicated too…
