Ridden by the greatest. Loved this horse. Piggott only had to hit him once in all 3 races. Absolute class from both equine and human superstar. Absolute cruising in both the Guineas and the Ledger.

That's what I thought! Shame really - got excited for nowt! Only interesting bit was how different the racecourses looked - the bushes at Newmarket were huge!

I wouldn't sait sy that was the only interesting bit but it caught my eye too.

Last November (I think) I posted a link to an old Hennessy (Galway Blaze's?) and it struck me then how much 'wilder' the course looked back in the day.
