Here I sit in my office at the end of a busy week (cough!) and outside in the car park there is an estate car with two smallish cages with alsations in. No driver. It's been there a while. OK, the back door is open but the doggies were getting a bit agitated a moment ago. Should I ring the RSPCA?

p.s. It's a Police car and next door is a Police Station

:D

I think you would be better off putting a complaint into the police station directly, but just make sure your car is taxed and you have no bold tyres before you do!
