Unusually for a Monday there’s quite a bit of interest around, to watch at least :)

Francou D’Aunou - 3:00 Hereford - has been finishing close up in hurdles and tackles fence for the first time. 6/1 atm, probably watch only.

Half Dozen - 2:25 Hereford - has looked very much work in progress being brought on slowly by PN. First handicap today, but opposed by a good favourite in Gardener 6/1 atm.

Largy Nights - 4:00 Huntingdon - would have at least been a much closer second last time if he hadn’t got bumped askew where it mattered. 9/4 atm

Henderson has a couple out, too and Poncho at Plumpton looks a formality except I don’t do odds-on.

All in all it’s like a bloody Saturday.
 
Poor Francou D’Aunou R.I.P.

Half Dozen at 8/1 was nice (and the favourite wasn’t so good after all)

God knows what happened to Largy Lights, never going and struggled, becoming tailed off and pulled up. Too bad to be true, something amiss it looks like.

Poncho won at 5/6 (without me, of course) but it was hard work to resist Tapley with the rest 22 lengths behind.
