About the butterflies: well, the Brimstone is the only one of the four to sit with its wings closed, the others all perch with them open. On the other hand, the Comma has jagged wing edges, the others are smooth. Or, the Brimstone is a single-colour butterfly, while the other three are multi-coloured... or...

On the four female food and drink experts, one is dead: Elizabeth David. The others are alive, or certainly well preserved!
