I only know from being part of the admin for our AP competition, don't actually use it for betting purposes myself, but Oddschecker seems to be getting more and more unreliable. Maybe it's just certain bookmakers eg Coral who we've struck off the list of "allowed bookmakers" for the comp and I'm never too confident how reliable Bet Victor is.

For those who us it, what is your opinion ?

I find that there are a few other 2nd tier bookies who's prices on oddschecker are slower to update on the OC site. Or more so if you click through to try and get the price it's not there.

The likes of Sporting Bet, betbright etc.

Of the more established Bookies that i use regularly, I find 9/10 times I can actually get the price shown on OC. Boyles, Lads, PP, 365, Hills - I find fairly reliable for price qouted on OC.

There’s a number of firms whose prices shown on oddschecker don’t always match what’s actually available. Coral obviously one but I’ve seen this with BetVictor, Skybet, Ladbrokes, totesport. In the last case the actual price available always matches Betfred (natch)

Like viking, I have found that there is increasing disparity between the Oddschecker price and the actual price, across many bookmakers....to the extent that a check on the bookmaker site is needed to ensure the price is there, before I load any cash into the account.

It has become particularly noticeable over the last couple of weeks, I've found.

Coupled with Betfair I use it to gauge a rough price and see how the markets are moving and I tend to ignore any prices that stand out nowadays. Which of course means I could be missing a genuine rick.

They’ve just dumped the OC Data app for the OC hub. As usual in life, the new version is inferior in virtually every way.
