SO much easier even a child could do it ....mine is due for renewal end of this month...........

We had no trouble the first time we did it online but last month I tried to tax my car, got right to the end of the transaction then an error message came up saying there was a problem with their payment system and that I'd have to call them to confirm if it had gone through correctly. It then took two days to get them to answer the phone, they took all of my details again because their computer hadn't processed it and I spent two days driving around with an out of date tax disk :angy:
