On-Line RP - newspaper or site?

I just want:
Cards + Spotlights, plus RP Data & TS
Full Results as per paper version + comments in-running + tote returns.

What would you use for that? The on-line Newspaper, or 'membership'?
I've an idea the 'newspaper' doesn't actually include Spotlights (!?)

Any advice please?
Especially if it saves money for betting!

You will need online membership, the basic package, to get what you're after. If you buy the RP more than 4 times a month it is worth it. I haven't bought an RP, apart from when going racing, for years now.
