This time last week I was buzzing, full of anticipation of what was to come

tomorrow it's Exeter, Wetherby and fooking Southwell

I get this every year, takes till Aintree to recover

anyone else suffer from this?

It's fine.

Few days off is nice.

I tidied up my trackers, have a few am hoping will be a good price at Aintree.

Fairyhouse, punch and Sandown still to come.

Also a good time to go through all this seasons bumper crop and pick ones for next years trackers.

Also good time to look back on recent p2p form

Irish Flat started yesterday, 2 cracking AW cards Friday and the Lincoln next week. What's not to like, ffs? :)

The Lincoln should be run at Beachy Head....see how they cope with the dip on that course!

just treat it like another meeting..if flat don't float yer boat..get another hobby that will take you through summer..knocking another code just seems odd to me.

I don't like F1..so i don't watch it or take an interest..i don't go on F1 forums though saying how sh1t i think it is..seems an odd thing to do really

Not me. The PCD hits next week. This week I'm brain dead and it'll take a whole week to recover from a serious lack of sleep and enough alcohol to kill a baby elephant.
