Please note everyone, there is no such word as "LAYED".

The past participle of the verb to lay is "LAID".

This applies whether the laying is of an egg, a table or a bet.

Like the vast majority of the members of the Betfair forum you are perfectly entitled to use the (non) word layed. Just accept that in so doing you are wrong.
