Thanks Grassy, NewApproach has told me she will run the competition again so that one appears to be sorted.

I have not yet decided whether run the TTF, only 14 forum members have voted out of the 26 who have read the thread so interest continues to dwindle on that one so I may run it elsewhere again like last year where it was a lot better supported. My TTF will run from October 22nd the day of Cheltenham's opening meeting of the season.

The Winter Prize is only relevant if the TTF goes ahead anyway. Maybe someone will do a TTF League who knows ?

I have sent a PM and an email to Art re the Winter Prize situation but not had a reply, I am hoping he would do the scoring although I seem to remember he no longer sponsors that one so
 
I love the TTF because it gives me added interest throughout the year especially with the Dark Horse!

C’mon peeps....you know you all want to enter! :D
 
Might be worth whacking a thread up for people to enter their TTF horses, then decide before hand if its worth running or not. Put a disclaimer in the thread saying competition may not run.

Ive only just started coming back on the forum again with the NH season about to start proper. Would think others will do the same

Quick update, Grey will do the scoring on a Winter Competition but we still need a sponsor, I have an iron in the fire for sponsoring a TTF so will see where we go on that one.

TTF Dark Horse £50 to winner and sponsored by Archie

Ante Post Competition administered by NewApproach £100 to winner and sponsored by Grasshopper

Winter Prize £ ?? to winner administered by Grey and sponsored by ??????

The rules and list of 200 horses for the TTF will be posted up sometime towards the end of next week, entries to be in by start of racing at Cheltenham Fri Oct 22nd.

The rules for the Ante Post competition will be posted up towards the end of the month, entries can be made as of November 1st.

The Winter Prize, based on finishing positions in the TTF and AP competitions will only take place if we find a sponsor.
