HP Officejet 7130 All in One, drivers all up to date.

Windows Printer Test Page works perfectly


Whilst I can print documents and photos perfectly well, I cannot print a web page although print preview will show the relevant page on screen. Printer icon appears in tray at bottom of screen but when I hold the mouse over it it says 0 documents in queue, even though I have pressed "print"


Anyone any clues ?

Before reading your reply I went to the HP page and found I could take part in a real-time chat session with a qualified online technician who solved my problem by "adding" a different printer (Desktop 990) even though it's physically the same one. :what:


I see on the Vista forum they suggested this but it didn't work for them apparently so I just got lucky methinks. :)
