9-4 Soft Falling Rain
5-2 Dawn Approach
4 Toronado
6 Olympic Glory, Declaration Of War, Farrh,
7 Maxios, Sky Lantern

They've overrated SFR a bit here surely? The Sussex/SJP form the best on offer so just a question of whether DA/Toro have been nursed back to produce another big performance.

Farrh could be interesting if he's back but chance he goes for a weak looking Champion Stakes? Same for DoW.

Have duly backed Toronado at the price.

Toronado is a maximum here isn't he at the price?!

Farhh is a certainty to go for the Champion given Dawn Approach is in this.

I'd want bigger than 7 but Maxios would be interesting if there was rain.

Soft Falling Rain was the smart EW bet, but I expected him to be about the price Toronado is.

Agree with Gamla Stan, a huge overreaction to the latest piece of information. How you would ever have a point and a half been Toronado and Dawn Approach over 1m I really cannot fathom.

Given that they are betting to 147% I wouldn't be too quick to bet on anything in this book although Toronado might be a tad over-priced.

the only 10f race under consideration for tornado is in hong kong where the bends might make the mile race unsuitable for him

Looking forward to seeing Farrh again. I think he'd have a huge chance in this but is bound to go to the champion as pointed out.

Prices are a bit tragic really. I was hoping to get 5/1 on SFR.

If the rain does come I hope AOB sticks Magician in it.

Maxios was hugely flattered in the Moulin and is barely Group 1 class.

I cannot see them running Toronado in the Champion . York was evidently intended to be a fact finding exercise but as he had a breathing problem again it told them nothing either way .

Prices strike me as barmy too and are very much predicated on both DA and Toronado being unlikely to come back to form . SFR is promising but still needs to improve a great deal to match them

Magician won an atrocious Irish Guineas and needs to improve a great deal . I would have thought D of W would be sure to go for the Champion . Sky Lantern is now described as very unlikely for both races. Olympic Glory is too much of an in and out horse - there still seems to be no explanation of why a horse that handled Longchamp at 2 does not at 3 . The straight mile , however, may well suit him and he is a relatively fresh horse.

kock is worried about soft ground for SFR
and Hannon has not yet made a decision whether toronado or Olympic glory represents him at ascot only one will run (he will have only 1 runner at this meeting)

cant be the best of news for toronado supporters the trainer is still dithering over whether he will run him or not

I suspect it depends more on Olympic Glory - I imagine they will be very keen to get a Group 1 win on the book .
