Thanks to Brian I eventually got it done. I was going demented with the keys (level 94). Had another halter on the triangles (level 98) despite having the main puzzle sorted out, because I couldn't think how to make up a word with TOGH?? and I reckoned there must be another way of arranging the words. It came to me in the midst of a cigarette break after about an hour of timewasting.

Out of the 100 puzzles, there couldn't have been more than half a dozen that required little or no thought, and none so tough that anyone with below average knowledge or logic skills couldn't figure out with time and a bit of searching. It really is a very well thought out quiz.
