CH for me, thread is usually the best thread on here, fly ultras a bit more reserved this term, faugheen could be anything, TNO has his backers, Will be a savage betting heat.
 
It has to be the Champion Hurdle, I've loved Faugheen since I saw him win his bumper, but it would just feel wrong not to have something on the Fly.

Dreams of a Mullins 1-2.
 
Champ Hurdle is always seems to be the one I look forward to the most and I'm usually there that day but not sure how strong this renewal is. Certainly felt stronger last year going into the race but suspect Faugheen could be something special and the Fly is nearing the end now so has a changing of the guard feel to it.

JLT/RSA look really good renewals. Arkle is fascinating as there's the obvious horse who appears to be miles clear of anything in that race but his style/temperament is going to be tested. Get the feeling it could either be fantastic to watch or a disaster depending who you've backed.

Champion Chase/Gold Cup intriguing in differing ways. World Hurdle a big load of meh this year.
 
QM for me. The Aeroplane to silence the doubters.

Whichever race Coneygree lines up in. Hope it's the RSA but GC sounding more likely

Looking forward to seeing the aeroplane again,hopefully back on song.The CH isn't as competitive as we could be led to believe,3 horse race.RSA for quality especially if the ground is right for coneygree.JLT looks hot.
 
Gold Cup for me. Appears wide open/very competitive.

The division is begging for a horse to step up and call himself the big dog. Improver's abound in the shape of Many Clouds, Road To Riches, Holywell, Carlingford Lough and Djakadam. I'm hoping we see a big improvement from one of these and a new king of the 3m chase division to be shot at.

I'm quite an imaginative person and when I read your post I envisioned horses in the parade ring puffing out their chests and announcing in a loud voice that he was the big dog (followed by Spartacus-esque counter-claims around the ring). The logical next step was for one of them, probably Bobsworth, to announce that he was a gigantic pussy, and that Nicky H has touched him here, and here and here, someone call Operation Yewtree.

There I've just expanded the thought even further. Must fetch my medicine.

Queen Mum. Firstly, I love how this race has been debated, and should qualify as the 'Thread of the Year'. Secondly, just think what it'd be like if Sprinter Sacre does prove back to his best, or very close to it. Remember how much we loved him in 2013? I just love our champions to be just that, and will unashamedly fill up and dab my eye in the bookies, when he wins.

yes queen mum thread has bettered CH one this year..in fact the GC one since xmas has bettered it..i wonder what the viewings for all 3 threads are since Faugheen sort of knock the stuffing out the CH thread at xmas
