Racing Art

They look every bit as good as a lot of abstract art, and I love the idea behind them - the horses are actually 'painting' and helping to keep themselves. They look very good value for $50, too - you pay more than that for a good frame alone in an art shop over here.
 
That is quite a good idea of how to ensure our parrots pay their way, give them some canvas, oil paints, brushes, and hey presto Monet's with wings.

Trouble is they would be painting each other, plus the furniture, the carpets, the wife, and yours truly would definetly not escape :o

Wouldn't a pm be more suitable SL, instead of completely changing the format of this thread. I am sure Mark doesn't need your permission to float from one forum to another.

For the record SL, I was not kicked off FF, I asked to be removed and banned - it was my choice. I can't say I agree with my wife Cheryl being banned however, she had done nothing wrong, and she did not ask to be removed. So I feel that was unfair as she was banned for no reason at all.

Still, let's move on please, and not spoil this thread. Thank you. :)
 
Are you actually capable of telling the difference, Mark? I'm sure Ted won't see it in as civilised a manner as you do!! You put up an obscene, exceptionally offensive post gravely insulting most forumites (including the people who run FF) & put up a pathetic dare for Ted to ban you! He was hardly not going to after the things you said!

Mark - answer me this, please. You have slated TH many, many times, both on here & on FF - in fact, last night you called this place "Talking Bollocks". So why have you come over here if not to carry on with your lunatic winding up, insulting & threatening of people?

I can't believe you have the temerity to ask why Cheryl was banned also - apart from the fact that at times she was nearly as insulting as you are, it was clear to a blind man that you would simple use her moniker to read & post FF.
 
That's exactly right Shadow Leader, I haven't got anything against Cheryl, how can I have? I don't even know the woman, and she's never done me any harm.
I didn't have anything against Mark either until he made that lunatic post.
The thing is that when you ban someone you add their ISP number to a list and the numbers on that list are then banned from accessing the board, so Cheryll would have been effectively banned anyway.
Mark, you shouldn't have any complaints, you got exactly what you asked for, so what's the problem?

If you want to think of yourselves as proper list owners you MUST INSTANTLY BAN ME when you have read this post.

Ray, a genuinely very nice man, the only problem I can find with Ray is that you sit on the fence so much Ray your arse must be full of splinters, it is admirable you try to keep the peace, but Ray, if you think I, or anyone else for that matter are in the wrong TELL THEM, we can take it mate, we are all big boys and can retort with interest, still one of my favourites, a decent man all in all.

Joe, a very nice and polite man, but Joe you are wrong when you say we never need confrontation, that is exactly what this forum needs, fire, passion, threads that are ablaze, everyone knows what others think of them, it is called honesty Joe.

Stav, Never had much to do with him, hence cannot form a opinion.

Jim, never had a problem with Jim, top bloke.

Latey, I actually like Latey, a mischevious fella yes, but would not life be boring without a little mischief.

Keith, Again, I like Keith but you dont seem to become involved enough, dont ever worry Keith there are no idiots on here who can harm you mate I have never been on a forum were such wimpish behaviour rules supreme.

Shadow, The Essex girl wants a big push off her very high horse.

PDJ ( Paul ) very much gone up in my estimation, we would have always had spats but I would have treated Paul with respect.

Terry and Ian, Rag Tag and Bobtail, if I ever met them in a pub I would have to walk out, I would not do time for those two think they now it all prats, the absolute pits. can not really explain what goes through my mind but it is not nice.

Beaker, a youngster, you must always make allowances for the younger generation, I think he will be a top contributer in time.

Ferbert, Truly the most inoffensive member of this forum.

Mike B, top notch bloke.

Archie, top notch, very intelligent man.

Krizon, intelligent, but you do rabble on a bit old girl, however, one of my favourites.

Cagie, definately my favourite, lives the way he wants, speaks his mind, sticks a finger up to the rest of the world, my type of bloke.

Icebreaker, Top notch, decent, intelligent, says what he means and means what he says, brilliant guy.

May I say, I think that's one of the most blatant bit of thread hijacking I've seen? Poor Triptych - I've almost a mind to delete everything from where the posters go far from subtly, but veer wildly, off-course. That wasn't very polite towards Trips, people. h:)
 
Triptych I am sorry your thread has been hijacked, especially as I seem to be the subject behind most people's postings. I did post and ask to move on back to the thread.

Back to the original thread, anyone actually bought any of this art, or intend to?

I'm still waiting for an answer to my question as to why you've lowered yourself to come to such a terrible forum? What's wrong, did the cat get your tongue? You clearly had no worries spouting off a couple of nights ago.

Sorry to hijack the thread Triptych - look on the bright side though, at least it's got loads of replies!!!
