Racing Post App - Ladbrokes bet

I placed a bet today via the Racing Post App to my Ladbrokes account ( as the Ladbrokes App for IPhone is a heap of shite). Needless to say I got a bet receipt on my screen, the horse hacked up at 16/1 and now it seems the bet was never registered or settled... What to do?

Not sure OTB but I always take a screen shot of online betting receipts, I assume you know how - no help to you I know but for future and all that...

Yeah - will be taking a screenshot from now on. Have been on to customer service and they are looking into it...with all the IT issues Racing Post have been having I should have known better. They can prepare themselves for Twitter hell if this is not dealt with properly..
