I have just had an e-mail from the Racing Post telling me that they will be abolishing the wallet facility shortly. In the e-mail they tell us that the funds in the wallets are credit.

Apparently all funds unused within the wallets should be spent on the RP site within a certain amount of time or, being only credit, will be lost when the wallet facility is closed and, being only credit, there will be nothing to refund.

Does anyone know anything more about this? I am sure that I deposited cash via my debit card!
 
My email contained a link for a refund application form which I duly filled in, but may have to wait 5/6 weeks for it to be actioned. Be surprised if your isn't similar, as the amount I had in wouldn't buy a decent meal.
 
Thanks RH. There is not much in there, but I don't see why they should have it for nothing.
