Funnily enough, I was thinking about the first 1,000 Guineas I attended (On The House in 1982) as I clicked onto your reply.
When I'm conspicuously quiet about a race in advance it's usually because I don't have a strong opinion on it, and that is the case here.
The favourite has a favourite's chance and the yard is flying, the second in ought to be a big danger, but she's had an interrupted preparation and her yard's form isn't quite so hot at the moment.
There's a case for saying Red Letter could run well, but her capable trainer has a poor record in Britain for some reason.
I've backed three non-runners ante-post, but I am on Duty First at a big price.
She probably didn't beat much in the Fred Darling, but she won well, I think she'll get the mile and go on the ground and I couldn't have her being the price she was when I backed her.
If you need any assistance on how or what to post, you can always private message me. I am around here and there and I don't take too long to respond (I'm the admin).racing post
