thats how every business runs though Grass...loyalty is worthless..has been for many years

best way to deal with people like this is never pay them another penny..thats what i did with sky years ago..got sick of seeing new customer deals..so instead of paying for my telly each year i now get it for nothing with freeview..best let people with money to burn pay for sky..channels full of sh*te.. I used to laugh when i heard the amount people were paying for sky each month...unreal.

I ring all my service companies to negotiate a deal when term is up - always works

Problem with RUK is no direct competitor for it's tracks but you should be able to negotiate a discount of some sort
