I am down at heart with all the negativity in the world and now we have to worry about Warbs as well. I need ten reasons to be cheerful quick. No shoite about health and the love of family etc. Just tangible stuff I can use to cheer me up. Here's a few to start with.

1. Kylie has beaten her cancer.
2. She didn't get it in the arse. (So to speak)
3. Ronaldo might be leaving UK so I don't have to look at the spotty cnut on Match of the Day anymore.

Next!

This is not all about YOU, Shadz. Its all about ME. I won't get any pleasure from your new toy.

6. It's only two weeks until the Galway Plate & Hurdle
7. It's only four months until the end of the Flat Turf season
8. There is talk of Thatcher's funeral.............

Ok, I'll try again - Absolut Pears. It's different, and not at all bad with lemonade - it's very refreshing in fact!

Too late, Leader. I am even more depressed by this topic now. You are driving again and I've just bought a caravan.

The championship really gets going from now until mid September, Both Hurling and Football. For me the best period of sport in a long time is in the next few months. I may be wrong, but isnt there also the matter of some Olympics, Ryder Cup, World Golf Championship events, two majors..okay, thats a lot of golf...eh..lots of sport is my point of happiness!!

14. Brave Inca is back in full work and showing no signs of the slight tendon problem that kept him off the track last season.

Although there is no firm date set for a return to action for the 2006 Champion Hurdle hero, the 10-year-old looks like making his comeback in a two-mile hurdle race.
"He's coming along nicely and doing his canters every morning," said Irish trainer Colm Murphy.
"Touch wood we'll have him out a bit earlier than normal, but there are no plans as such. Hopefully we'll have him a little bit more forward than we usually have, hence the reason he's back a month to six weeks earlier this time.
"He's back in full work now and seems 100%.
"We'll keep all options open. It's not been discussed yet but I'd imagine we'd stay hurdling with him.
"We'll probably start him off over two miles and see how we go with him. I'd be in no hurry to step him up in trip."
