One might think - after a number of embarrassing trips to the employment tribunal ( for darley staff apparently ) we have the way Dettori and now de Sousa have been treated ?

What an appalling way to treat de Sousa to find that Fallon has been promoted by TV .

Dettori was relieved of his position after being found to have been riding under the influence of a banned substance. How you think that is being badly treated, I do not know? He had years of a very good life there, and then he mucked it up. Not anyone else. Just him. Even if the horses he rode were 'worthless' in monetary terms, at the very least he had absolutely no right to ride them when he was technically under the influence.

the horses were under the influence more than Dettori!
